Rori’s Easy Garlic Wedges

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup Rusty Bus EVOO

  • 1 TSP Gilmore Valley Black Garlic Salt

  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic

  • 1 TSP Sea Salt

  • 1 TSP Paprika

  • 1/2 TSP Pepper

  • ‘Fresh Parsley

  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder

  • 1 TSP Mixed Herbs

    SPECIAL SAUCE

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius and line baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Cut potatoes into even size wedges.

  3. in a small jug, combine EVOO, salt, garlic, onion powder, pepper, paprika and mixed herbs.

  4. Lay wedges on baking trays and bake for 35 mins, turning halfway through.

  5. For the special sauce, combine sour cream and swet chilli sauce.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with special sauce.
